Case Study: Wicked Singing Contests
Objective:
- Keep WICKED top of mind for consumers while driving word of mouth buzz
- Create (3) tri-state area singing contests in malls with finale at WICKED Day Block Party
- Interact with consumers and deliver general information regarding WICKED
Strategy:
- Negotiate high traffic location and contract with tri-state area malls
- Develop custom signage and promotional materials
- Source all event elements including full AV system with karaoke machine and flat screen panel, staging, lighting, tables, custom pink and green skirting
- Oversee flawless execution of event flow including registration and release forms, flow of singers to stage, judging process, awarding of on site winners
Results:
- Average singing contest attendance over 400 people
- Created buzz and word of mouth advertising leading to increased ticket sales
